ALL THAT ZAZZ

Beauty Resolutions

Ciao bella,

It’s that time of year again to reflect on what we can do to make a difference to improve ourselves. Here are a few reminders to help us into our journey of 2010!

First off that comes to mind is a lifestyle change to eat healthier—sometimes easier to do after all that holiday indulgence. Eating fruits and veggies can become time consuming with all our hectic schedules-but our bodies crave it. So stock up the frig with some juices sans salt and sugar to give our skin a natural glow. There is such a wide variety to choose from so read your labels. The juices contain all the daily vitamins your body needs. And don’t skimp on the H2O—hydrate the inside makes flexible skin on the outside.

Another reminder we sometimes are too tired to do (do it before you get tired!)-wash your face every night. Remove the dirt and grime from the day so skin can breathe and renew.

While watching your fav TV show keep some cuticle oil on the TV table and apply over those hard-worked, dry cuticles and nails. Apply hand cream and for an intensive treat, wear cotton gloves to bed—OOOHHHH....so soft! In between pedi’s do the same to your feet-piggies will thank you with softness.

Also stick to that exercise routine-a morning stretch can be a great send off for the day. Follow these tips so you can feel and look marvelous!

So to all you wonderful fans and all my colleagues at the Post Gazette: Auguri di Buon Anno. Buona giornata and God bless the United States of America!
